Hired to be a cat-sitter for an odd couple, the Farrows, college student Charlotte is given the run of a creepy house in the middle of the woods for a few days for an extravagant amount of money. The kind of money that students can’t turn down – of course there’s a reason that a meagre cat-sitting job comes with a huge pay packet… There’s a catch. There’s always a catch. A pretty big catch in this case given that this is a horror movie!
The clue is in the name of the couple who hired Charlotte. The Farrows. Hmmmm… Farrow. Where have I heard that name before? Could it be that this particular creepy couple are named after Mia Farrow? Star of Rosemary’s Baby,...

Prepare to see the kid from Outnumbered in a very different way: Tyger Drew-Honey, who used to play Jake in the family comedy, has now turned 18 - and to celebrate, he's made a series of documentaries for BBC Three. And the first one just so happens to be about porn...
"It's something that's a hot topic at the moment and does need to be addressed," Tyger told Digital Spy. "It's different in our generation compared to other generations, in respect to how we can access porn. Also, just because of my life and the fact that it's a career that my parents have been involved in and stuff like that - I have a slightly different view of it from other people."
Yes, Tyger's mum is adult movie star Linzi Drew, while his dad just happens to be famous adult film star and director Ben Dover. We caught up with...

Russell Brand has signed up to host a documentary about drug addiction for BBC Three.
The one-off programme, Russell Brand: Give It Up, sees Brand finding out about addiction treatment around the world and interviewing politicians, government advisors and police officials along with people battling addictions.
The show was announced as part of a raft of new BBC Three factual programmes, as controller Zai Bennett confirmed that the award-winning Our War will return for a third series. The two new episodes are expected to explore the conflict in Afghanistan as the final British troops prepare to leave.
Elsewhere, BBC Three confirmed that Outnumbered star Tyger Drew-Honey has landed his own three-part series, Eye of the Tyger, in which he will explore issues affecting young people.
Drew-Honey is expected to interview his father - known for his work as porn star Ben Dover - in the first episode about explicit sexual content.

Outnumbered child star Tyger Drew-Honey will reportedly front a documentary about the adult film industry.
According to his porn star father, the actor will explore young people's perceptions of pornography in an instalment of his new BBC Three show Eye of the Tyger.
The three-part observational documentary series was announced last month, with Drew-Honey describing the project as a "Louis Theroux kind of thing".
The 18-year-old - who has also appeared as a presenter on Cbbc show Friday Download - will interview his porn star father for the documentary.
His Dad Lindsay Honey - who goes by the name of Ben Dover in his x-rated movies - told The Sun: "Tyger's doing one programme on young people and pornography so I was interviewed by my son which was a bit weird. It is about how youngsters perceive pornography.

The 'Downton Abbey' Porn Parody Was Only a Matter of Time Ear muffs, Maggie Smith. by wesley bonner PBS's Downton Abbey has its fair share of sexually charged story lines (oh, poor Mr. Pamouk!) but nothing like the pornographic makeover it's being given by Harmony Films. The Downton-themed adult movie, called Down on Abby is in the works and set to release on April 1st. The flick will follow a sexified version of the Grantham's, led by porn legend Ben Dover as Lord Grabhem. He and his wife try to reign in their step daughters, Abby and Fanny, as they have a little fun with both house guests and Bottomley Manor's staff. It's certain the Dowager Countess wouldn't be very happy about this, but it's surprising we've had to wait this long for a XXX-rated version of the hit. Maybe PBS [...]...

Downton Abbey is already an international phenomenon and one especially loved in the Us, but you don't really arrive on the international scene until you have your very own porn parody.
Well, the wait is now over, with UK Harmony Films's announcement of Down on Abby (really) - a XXX parody of Julian Fellowes's award-winning drama.
"As Down on Abby is our first foray into the world of adult parody and with Harmony being a British studio, it was a no brainer that our first offering would be with something that is quintessentially British," says Harmony's VP of sales and marketing James Wright.
So with filming now complete and a release date set for April 1, we round up everything you need to know about this sure-fire hit.
- It's set at "the beautiful Bottomley Manor"
- Characters include Lord and Lady Grabhem (Grab Hem!?!), their stepdaughters Abby and Fanny,...

Oh no! On Jan. 8, Twitter went crazy with messages that the 19-year-old singer had died in a car accident. So is there any truth to these tweets?
Fans talking about Justin Bieber is nothing new, but now they’re talking about not-so-happy news. “Rip Justin Bieber. No one should go that early,” is what many of the tweets read — so what is the photo attached?
Is Justin Bieber Dead?
While we’re used to seeing Lil’ Wayne the rumor was spread with the following image attached to it:
R.I.P. Justin Bieber, died crashing his Ferrari going 125 mph. He is too young to go.

Before the days of Ben Dover and his gonzo porn, the Brits were ever so slightly buttoned up about sex. They were obsessed with it, but this obsession would be played around with via bawdiness and innuendo (the Carry On films are an example). In the 1970s, the great age of sex films such as Emmanuelle, Last Tango in Paris, Behind the Green Door etc., Britain developed its own sexploitation industry. However the films produced by this industry were rarely erotic. They were more focused on having a laugh and there was no deep sexual exploration.
This all made for lacklustre and often very silly films – almost like the Brits were embarrassed by sex and couldn’t take it seriously. The films that were produced by the British sexploitation industry were so shameful that the great director – Pete Walker – turned his back on sexploitation to concentrate on horror movies – which...

O2 customers who have illegally downloaded pornographic films made by Ben Dover Productions will soon receive warning letters from the studio. The adult entertainment firm won a court order in March, forcing the network provider to hand over more than 9,000 IP addresses of users guilty of the offence. Ben Dover's warning message has now received High Court approval, and will be sent out to users who uploaded its content onto filesharing websites first. Those who downloaded just one film will not be targeted, BBC News reports. "In our first letter we seek to find out more information regarding evidence of an infringement of our copyright," said commercial director Julian Becker. "Depending on the response to our letters we will then decide our next action." The warning letter explains to recipients how they can reach a settlement, giving them 28 days to (more)...

Before we get into the ep guide, a quick update: While I haven’t added anything new on the site (as a matter of fact, I took quite a few things away), I did update to WordPress 3.1. It looks like the Comment Ratings plugin is not compatible with this new version of WordPress. So I’ll do some investigating, and if I can’t find an answer, I’ll see if I can find another plugin that will allow us to upvote comments.
I sure hope one of the audience members who was at last night’s show shows up in the comments, because I’d love to know what Stephen’s comment about Frodo and Sam Gangee was about. And did anyone else...

Today marked the start of the 9th Fantastic Films Weekend at the National Media Museum in Bradford, West Yorkshire and despite some teething problems, both technical and personnel, I’d say the opening day was a hit.
The main part of today’s festivities was taken up by Fantasma, a special symposium on horror featuring lectures from I.Q. Hunter, David Robinson, Russ Hunter and Jeremy Dyson (who you may know from The League of Gentlemen). The highlight of these lectures were the talks given by I.Q. Hunter and Russ Hunter (no relation).
I.Q. Hunter’s talk on British Sex Films covered the gamut of British exploitation cinema, from the more mainstream Confessions… movies to lesser known films such as Permissive. Judging by his talk, Hunter seems to have taken up the reigns laid down by filmmaker and critic David McGillivray, who is seen as the premiere spokesperson...

Whoa! Is this actor auditioning a new production of Ass You Like It by William Shakesrear? We know it certainly looks like it, but this hunk du jour is really just getting ready to schlep his pet pooch through Lax. According to our spies, he moved his mixed-breed rescue dog, Charlotte, out of his girlfriend's house after a holiday stay. If that sounds like the sign of a serious relationship, maybe it is, since said Gf also spent quality time with Mr. Ben Dover's parents this Christmas. But who is this bareback bonus, this poster boy of the peekaboo posterior, this lumbar-licious lookie-loo? Hello! The actor sporting a smidge of plumber's butt above is none other than Hangover...

"His pen is amazing, especially when it comes to writing records for females," Dre added. "If he does a majority of the album, it's gonna be big. We have nothing but love for Christina.
