Her Royal Shakespeare Company credits include: Regan in "King Lear" (filmed as King Lear (2008), Masha in Chekhov's "The Seagull" (2007), Kate in "The Taming of the Shrew" (1999), Hermia in "A Midsummer Night's Dream" (1995), Juliet in "Measure For Measure", Virgilia in "Coriolanus", Katharine in "Henry V" (1994), and Feebs in "Unfinished Business" by Michael Hastings (1993).

Played the title role in Schiller's "Mary Stuart" - Nuffield Theatre, Southampton (2004).

Her credits with the theatre company Out of Joint include: the title role in "Sliding with Suzanne", a new play Judy Upton (2001), Peg Woffington/Hannah More in "A Laughing Matter", a new play by 'April de Angelis', in rep with Goldsmith's "She Stoops to Conquer" in which she played Kate (2002) and Lady Macbeth in Shakespeare's "Macbeth" (2004).

(1997) She acted in Polly Teale's adaptation of Charlotte Bronte's novel, "Jane Eyre," in a Shared Experience Theatre production at the Wolsey Theatre in Ipswich, Suffolk, England and the tour with James Clyde, Joan Blackham, Antony Byrne, Hannah Miles, Pooky Quesnel, Philip Rham, and Octavia Walters in the cast. Polly Teale was director.

(1995) She acted in William Shakespeare's play, "Henry V," in a Royal Shakespeare Company production at the Barbican Theatre in London, England with Ian Glen, Tony Britton, Ewan Hooper, Clive Wood, Joanna McCallum, Linal Haft, Steven Elliott, Liam O'Callaghan, Kevin Doyle, and Nigel Cooke in the cast. Matthew Warchus was director.

(2022) Played Sister Aloysius Beauvier in Doubt: A Parable, at the Chichester Festival Theatre.
