Mr. Doerksen serves as chief executive officer of Waterfront Pictures
and has been involved in the film and television industry for the past
20 years. Mr. Doerksen is responsible for overseeing all aspects of
Waterfront's operations including development, production,
distribution, business affairs & finance.
From 1994 to 2006, Mr. Doerksen served as chief executive officer of Edge Entertainment, which Mr. Doerksen acquired from its Saskatchewan shareholders, merging it with Waterfront Pictures in late 2006 to form the Vancouver based Waterfront Film Group of companies.
Waterfront's business consists of the development, production and worldwide distribution of film and television programming including television series, television movies and mini-series.
