Dean Cochran has previously served as President of the FBI Citizens Academy Alumni Association and is presently Sector Chief for InfraGard Los Angeles, specifically managing the Entertainment division. The objective of InfraGard is for civilians who are leaders in specific critical infrastructure industries to work alongside the FBI and other law enforcement agencies to safeguard those critical areas of the United States.
Dean is the Executive Director of Post Production at New Regency Productions, where he is responsible for managing the post-production stage of numerous films produced by the company. Among the notable projects under his supervision are the Oscar-winning movies 12 Years a Slave and Birdman, in addition to The Revenant, Ad Astra, Bohemian Rhapsody, The Creator, The Bikeriders, and various other titles.
Originating from New Orleans, he boasts mastery in martial arts with Black belts in both Kung Fu and Kenpo as well as holding several titles in competitive championships. A proud alumnus of Tulane University, he relocated to Los Angeles with ambitions of carving out a career in both acting and production. With an extensive background in theatre, he has portrayed significant roles including Hamlet in "Hamlet," MacDuff in "Macbeth," Burton in "Burn This," Brick in "Cat on a Hot Tin Roof," and Stanley in "A Streetcar Named Desire." His roles in television and film have seen him share the screen with notable stars such as Colin Farrell, Eva Mendes, Chuck Norris, and George Clooney
He is married to former Price Is Right model Brandi Sherwood, who has held the titles of both Miss Teen USA and Miss USA.
