As a young boy, Ed lived in New York City with his parents and siblings while his father studied acting with Lee Strasberg and acted in several off-Broadway productions. It was an early experience that influenced his desire to be part of the entertainment industry. At 12, now living in Los Angeles, he produced and acted in Wheels a short film made at the local YMCA. From that humble beginning, Ed has worked in the feature film, television, commercials, and music video industry in the United States and foreign countries for the last 30 years, first as a unit production manager, and then, for many years, as a producer, most recently producing a National Geographic's Genius Series on Aretha Franklin.
