Rod Caird was born on 1 January 1948 in Broughty Ferry, Dundee, Scotland, UK. He was a producer and editor, known for Dinosaur! (1991), A Sense of Place (1983) and A Place of Skulls (1989). He was married to Sue Hayes and Bren Simson. He died on 12 October 2021.
