Daniel Butler co-wrote the New York Times best-selling book, "America's
Dumbest Criminals", published by Rutledge Hill Press, which rose to
number four on the list and remained on the best sellers list for four
and a half months. He went on to host the television show,
America's Dumbest Criminals (1996),
which was syndicated in over 200 markets in the U.S. and 30 foreign
countries. He hosted or co-hosted 104 half-hours of the shows. As a
result, he did over five hundred radio and television interviews,
including appearances on
America's Most Wanted: America Fights Back (1988),
Dateline NBC (1992), BBC News,
"Good Morning Tokyo" and
The Oprah Winfrey Show (1986).
