In 2015, at age 42, she was pregnant with her first child, a baby girl. Her daughter Emmy was stillborn at 37 weeks gestation after a cord wrapped around her cord. She then became pregnant again and gave birth to her son Jacky on October 11, 2016 at age 43. Both times she became pregnant through IVF.

Her parents are both British.
