- Teddy Bill was born on November 18, 1900 in Vienna, Austria-Hungary [now Austria]. He was an actor, known for Die singende Stadt (1930), Eine Freundin so goldig wie Du (1930) and In Werder blühen die Bäume... - Die Geschichte zweier lustiger Berliner Jungen (1928). He died on February 11, 1949 in Vienna, Austria.
