- Hans Ahrens nasceu o 14 de julho de 1869 na Alemanha. Era ator e foi conhecido pelo seu trabalho em Die Söhne des Grafen Steinfels (1915), Das Licht in der Nacht (1917) e Die nicht sterben sollen... (1916). Morreu o 6 de janeiro de 1938 em Berlim, Alemanha.
- Afte the movie "Das wandernde Auge" (1919) Hans Ahres retired from the film business. It lasted till 1930 before he took part again in a feature movie for Robert Wiene's "Der Andere" (1930).
- His film career ended with the short movie "Die Saat geht auf" (1935).
- Hans Ahrens was able to launch a film career at the German silent film in the 10s but his career remained limited to this decade.
- The actor Hans Ahrens began his career at the Stadttheater in Rostock in 1891, it followed numerous engagements at different theaters in Germany before he went to Berlin in 1914. There he acted on stages of the Central-Theaters, at the Neues Theater and at the Fronttheater.
