In 2024, we have no need to try and make vampires happen. They have already happened for at least a century, and they're very much still happening: stories about vampires have saturated just about every medium there is. Weirdly, though, we may have to work a little harder to make the vampire happen again — as in the most legendary bloodsucker of all: Dracula.
In fairness, it may not be Dracula himself whose popularity is waning, but rather movies about him. Ever since his screen debut in the lost film "Dracula's Death" in 1921, barely a decade has gone by without some iteration of the Count turning up in cinemas, which is partially why the character has undergone so many various iterations. Like all fictional creations who've been built to last, Dracula endures by embracing change. Yet there can always been too much of a good thing; the last several films to prominently...

It seems Santa’s naughty list has outweighed his nice list on Days of our Lives this year. Here’s who’s getting presents and who’s getting coal in Salem.
Short Nice List
Santa’s nice list is short and sweet in Salem, starting with, who everyone’s disbelief, Leo (Greg Rikaart). Sure, he kept the baby swap secret at the start of the year, and has made the naughty list plenty of times in the past, but this year, this typically love-to-hate character has turned into one who viewers hate to love. He’s been genuinely seeking romance, committed to doing right by Alice’s necklace, and even took charge of his mental health by seeking counseling from Marlena (Deidre Hall).
Read This: Here’s what’s coming up on Days.
Also on the nice list are both Chad (Billy Flynn) and JJ (Casey Moss). Chad has only...

Isaiah’s search for a job leads him to Joshua, a wise and compassionate mentor who profoundly changes his life. Beyond offering employment, Joshua guides Isaiah in understanding life’s challenges through the teachings of Jesus Christ and the wisdom of the Bible. This newfound perspective inspires Isaiah to view the world differently, make meaningful changes in his personal life, and grow into a kind and responsible young man.

Days of Our Lives spoilers and rumors pose a question-was there an anvil dropped when they showed Abigail Dimera’s (Marci Miller) grave next to Jordan Ridgeway’s (Chrishell Stause)? Jordan was Clyde Weston’s (James Read) stepdaughter, strangled to death by Evan Frears aka Christian Maddox (Brock Kelly) – Ben Weston (Robert Scott Wilson) was suspected.

Clyde had kidnapped their mother, Catherina Meleounis Greene (Susan Elena Matus) and forced Cat Greene (AnnaLynne McCord) to impersonate Abigail.
But before the truth could be forced out of Clyde as to...

For the week of December 23-27, Days of Our Lives spoilers focus on some Salemites celebrating the happiest holiday of the year. However, some are currently feeling the Christmas blues.
Joy to the World
Christmas is here, and Salem’s residents are taking the time to celebrate the holiday. Xander (Paul Telfer) and Sarah (Linsey Godfrey) enjoy the Christmas festivities. After a tough year, those two are undoubtedly counting their blessings. They have Victoria, Sarah is walking, Xander’s mom hightailed it out of town, Xander didn’t unnecessarily kill Brady (Eric Martsolf), and he still has 50% of the Kiriakis empire…at least for now.
Remember how Eli (Lamon Archey), Lani (Sal Stowers), Jules, and Carver visited for Thanksgiving? Well, they’re already back for Christmas. But the beautiful family has returned for another purpose, too. Eli, Lani, Abe (James Reynolds), and Paulina (Jackée Harry) are celebrating the twins’ birthday.

This means whatever information he had, Chad isn’t going to get…for now. He is compelled to fill Jennifer (Melissa Reeves) and Jack (Matthew Ashford) in on the bad news. But don’t they all realize that they’re on a soap and that not knowing where Abigail’s body is is actually a good thing?

In 2022, Paramount Pictures and Spyglass Media revived the Scream franchise with a new entry (the fifth) that was a box office hit, earning almost $139 million at the global box office. Fourteen months later, Scream VI came along – and became an even bigger hit, pulling in almost $169 million at the global box office, a number that was up there with the series’ heyday, when the first Scream and Scream 2 made just over $170 million. (Scream 3 also made over $160 million – only Scream 4 failed to crack $100 million.) So, of course, the companies are moving full steam ahead with Scream 7. While the movie seemed, initially, to be on the fast-track to success, the track it’s on has turned out to be a shockingly bumpy ride.

Chad was in an awful place on the Thursday, December 12 episode of Days of Our Lives. The mission to take down Clyde is over. Mission accomplished, sort of. Catherina shot the guy, yet Chad’s nowhere closer to finding Abigail’s body. Clyde’s in a coma for the foreseeable future, meaning he won’t be able to shed light on anything anytime soon. On the other hand, Cat and Catherina reunited. For a minute there, Chad and Cat looked like they were sympathizing with each other. Has Chad’s justifiable attitude towards Cat softened?
He Cares, He Doesn’t Care
Clyde (James Read — who’s out at Days) was so close to confessing the truth until Catherina (Susan Elena Matus) shut him up by shooting him in the chest. While taking care of Weston is something, Chad (Billy Flynn), JJ (Casey Moss), and their families still have no closure where Abigail is concerned.

Chad’s been tangling with the deadly Clyde for quite a while on Days of Our Lives. The story in which the villain forces Cat to pretend she is Chad’s dead wife, Abigail, to come back to life has some Kong-sized plot holes. But things are finally starting to reveal themselves. Chad’s real-world alter ego, Billy Flynn, opened up about working with Cat’s portrayer, AnnaLynne McCord.
Cat-titude is Everything
Chad wasn’t happy that Cat pretended to be Abby, while her brother Mark (Jonah Robinson) attempted to kill Chad after marrying Cat. The plan was to then steal all of Chad’s Dimera fortune and give it to Clyde (James Read) in exchange for her mother’s life. But now that we have met Mom, Catherina (Susan Elena Matus), it appears that she’s been brainwashed.

Goodbye…For Now…
According to Soap Opera Digest, Read is officially out as evildoer Clyde Weston. The publication confirmed his exit from the soap…at least for now. Clyde may seem dead, but we all know the good (and bad) people of Salem don’t always stay six feet under.

Read came onto the show back in 2014 and was first linked with Lauren Koslow’s Kate. It was later revealed he was the father to serial killer turned lover boy Ben Weston (Robert Scott Wilson) and had a whole unsavory history of abusing...
