(2002) Dev Anand had signed Lucky to be the lead actor in Love At Times Square. He later decided to change the casting as he felt Lucky was too old for the role.

The film has been scripted by Aditya Bhattacharya from 'Due Vite in Una', a story by Eva Maria Franchi. The film was to be made in English and directed by Aditya Bhattacharya.

(1983) Starred in the shelved movie Banglore Talkies " Lucky Boy" Starring Sanjeev Kumar, Rakhee Gulzar, Mehmood, Introducing Lucky Ali, Dilshad, Music by Muna, Produced and Directed by Mehmood. The film was shelved then restarted as Dushman Duniya Ka in 1995.

(2009) Starred in the comedy "Rock Shock" Starring Lucky Ali, Sonali Kulkarni. Lucky Ali stated the film the kind of movie that his father would have done. It's about a man and his Boxer who gets him into trouble all the time. The film was eventually shelved.
