"The Simpsons" has been running for thirty-six seasons, and even longer if you count the "Tracey Ullman" years, which means their list of celebrity guest stars has grown long. From Dustin Hoffman in season 2's "Lisa's Substitute" to John Cena in the season 36 premiere, the "Simpsons" writers have never shied from letting an A-lister stop by for the day. Most guest stars only perform for the show once or twice, often to play themselves, but sometimes, the guest star plays a character so memorable that keep coming back even thirty years later, like Kelsey Grammer with Sideshow Bob.
For the show's creator Matt Groening, there are a few celebrities that have managed to stick out from the pack. When asked to name his three favorite guest stars in a 2021 interview, he named Albert Brooks, Werner Herzog, and Anne Hathaway.

Sitcoms had been around for years before the '90s, but that decade seems to have been a golden age for the format. Does the fact I grew up in that particular decade play into this opinion? Well, yes. But with shows such as "Friends," "Seinfeld," and "Frasier" emerging during the '90s, it's hard to argue against the fact that the final years of the millennium produced some of the finest sitcoms to grace the small screen.
Of course, if you happened to grow up in the '80s, there are plenty of other examples you could point to that would certainly make a good case for that particular decade being the apex of sitcoms. Take the show on which Frasier Crane himself debuted, for example: "Cheers." The legendary series premiered in 1982 and ran for 11 seasons until 1993 — the same year the "Frasier" spin-off launched. The Frasier reboot just wrapped up its second season, although it has yet to be picked up for a third by Paramount+. Dont worry, we have a feeling that the misadventures of Dr. Frasier Crane will never end, even if that means that Kelsey Grammer has to personally go door-to-door and perform one-man episodes of Frasier in every living room in America.
In some ways, the second season of Frasier 2.0 was a big improvement on the first, namely because it didn’t feel like it was desperately trying to justify its existence at every turn. But while Season Two included some of the most effortlessly Frasier-like episodes, it also gave us the most contrived attempt to recapture the magic of the original — the episode in which Frasier visits his old Kacl studio.
While that episode arguably didn’t work at all, less conspicuously nostalgic episodes, like the penultimate “Murder Most Finch,...

Making The Simpsons Movie must have been a daunting task. How do you honor nearly 20 years of iconic material in one 90-minute feature? Most recurring Simpsons characters got at least one moment to shine in the movie — from Krusty the Clown, to Hans Moleman, to Kent Brockman. And the movie even found ways to include brief cameos from more obscure characters like Itchy & Scratchy creator Chester J. Lampwick, and foul-mouthed puppet Gabbo.
Which makes it all the more strange that one of the show’s most well-known characters was absolutely nowhere to be found in The Simpsons Movie: Bart’s mortal enemy Dr. Demento Sideshow Bob.
Bob Terwilliger is obviously one of the keystones of the show’s mythology, but didn’t make the cut for the movie? This wasn’t always the plan, it turns out. Some story elements shifted around during production; the original villain of The Simpsons...

Kelsey Grammer is currently enjoying a great deal of success with the revival of "Frasier," a series that has been running on Paramount+ since October 2023. The original "Frasier," itself a spinoff of "Cheers," starred Grammer as the titular character, a radio psychologist whose persnickety attitudes and tastes invited all manner of zany shenanigans into his life. The original show lasted 264 episodes over 11 seasons, making it one of the most successful sitcoms of its decade.
But, as many might be able to point out, Grammer's career has been wildly varied in success. He often shows up in films, yet he has headlined far more bombs than hits. Grammer has played Dr. Hank McCoy/Beast in several live-action "X-Men" movies, but he has also appeared in a slew of weird, low-budget, straight-to-home-media schlock. Who could forget, for instance, the bizarre glories of Andrew Lawrence's "Money Plane"? Grammer has similarly starred in numerous low-rent Christmas movies,...

Sylvester Stallone is the latest Hollywood figure to back President-elect Donald Trump, calling the 2024 election victor the “second George Washington” at an awards gala at his Mar-a-Lago resort in Florida on Thursday night.
Stallone sang the praises of the incoming president at the America First Policy Institute Gala held in Palm Beach, comparing him to the titular character in his Oscar-winning film Rocky and Jesus Christ before Trump took to the stage. In publicly coming out as a supporter of Trump, the actor joined a short but growing list of celebrity supporters of the incoming president that includes Kelsey Grammer, Drea de Matteo and Jack Paul, among others. A majority of Hollywood players backed the truncated campaign of his rival, Democrat Kamala Harris. Her campaign relied on several stars as endorsers and entertainment at rallies and enlisted them in the vice president’s ground game in battleground states.

Christmas has come early to the Frasier-verse. The reboot’s second season finale was a holiday-themed episode, one which found Dr. Crane and company attempting to reunite Frasier’s old friend Alan with his estranged daughter. Naturally, hijinks ensued.
The episode was mostly serviceable, although, as Frasier fans have pointed out, it’s a little weird that the show seems to be teeing up a romance between Frasier’s son Freddy and Alice, the character played by Kelsey Grammer’s real-life daughter Greer Grammer.
Also, we couldn’t help but notice that the episode’s title seemingly references one of Grammer’s career low points — and keep in mind that this is a career that includes both Down Periscope and Money Plane.
The season finale is named “Father Christmas,” which makes sense, considering that it’s about a troubled dad during the holidays. But it also, perhaps not accidentally, calls...

[This story contains spoilers from the season two finale of Frasier.]
Midway through the first episode of Frasier’s second season, star Kelsey Grammer picks up an Enchanted Snooker Ball — think of a British Magic 8-Ball — and asks, “Does Frasier Crane still got it?” The answer — “Indubitably” — does the opposite of comforting him as he continues settling into life back in Boston. Instead, it sends Dr. Crane on a warpath. His anger is warranted, because moments earlier he discovered that the toy gave the same answer to his son when he questioned quitting Harvard to become a fireman. Frasier frantically shakes the ball again, asking if his curmudgeon best friend Alan Cornwall (played masterfully by Nicholas Cornwall) used the same toy to give his son the advice. The ball answers, “Obviously, you bloody fool.”
The joke lands so well that the laughter from the live audience can still be heard long after the scene ends.
For Frasier showrunners Joe Cristalli and Chris Harris,...

After two seasons of the "Frasier" revival series, the show still can't shake the feeling that had it managed to assemble the surviving cast from the original series, it would be much better. That's not to say the new series is as bad as some reviewers have made out, but there's no doubt "Frasier" 2024 just feels odd without the original gang.
There's more to this feeling than the lack of the original ensemble, though. A "Frasier" revival just felt a bit off from the moment it was announced. Aside from the fact Kelsey Grammer was saying not-so-modest things about his character being the key to "Frasier," (and overlooking the contributions of the outstanding ensemble in the process), there was the fact that the actor had clearly been struggling career-wise before rebooting his beloved '90s sitcom — the truly abject "Money Plane," in which Grammer put together an airborne heist being one rather lamentable example.

[Warning: The below contains Major spoilers for all of Frasier Season 2 on Paramount+.] It seems to be a tradition now, for the Frasier revival to cap off a season with a Christmas episode. For Season 2, it was a heartwarming one. Alan (Nicholas Lyndhurst) learned his estranged daughter was in town, and everyone plotted to reunite them. While that didn’t go as planned (though meant some fun moments), it was after Freddy (Jack Cutmore-Scott) spoke to Nora (Rayne Bidder) about absent fathers that there was a happy family reunion at Frasier’s (Kelsey Grammer) for the holiday. Now, the titular character is looking forward to scheming with his son in the future. Below, executive producers Joe Cristalli and Chris Harris break down the finale, talk about Frasier and Roz (Peri Gilpin) and Freddy and Eve (Jess Salgueiro), and tease what could be ahead in a third season, should they get one. Talk about having the season end with Alan...

Kelsey Grammer has been crying quite a bit of late. He cried prior to the launch of the "Frasier" revival. He cried during the production of the "Frasier" revival. And he teared up during the eighth episode of season 2, where Frasier returns to Seattle in what was ultimately a missed opportunity for the series. In the episode, as the good doctor prepares to deliver his famous "I'm listening" catchphrase while sitting at the very desk from which he hosted his talk radio show for 11 years, Frasier — and therefore Grammer — is clearly emotional, and rightly so.
The actor being perpetually on the verge of tears is understandable. Frasier is a character he has played since 1984 when he first appeared on "Cheers." As such, Grammer has portrayed the lovable psychiatrist across four decades and three separate series. What's more, the character literally gave Grammer a career, so you can imagine that the...

"Frasier" is one of those shows that's so inoffensive and comforting that it's strange to think an episode could be banned from airing. The original show, which ran from 1993 to 2004, followed Kelsey Grammer's fussy yet lovable psychiatrist as he hosted a talk radio show in his native Seattle. But the series was really about Frasier and his brother Niles (David Hyde Pierce) reconnecting with their blue collar father, Martin (the late John Mahoney) — there's a reason, after all, that Frasier, Niles, and Martin are the only characters appear in all 263 episodes of "Frasier." While the series was a sitcom, then, it had a lot more depth to it than others of its kind.
Right from the off, the show established this formula of humor and heart. The "Frasier" pilot — an episode that Hyde Pierce thought was "terrible" at first — saw Martin move in with his son, only for the...

One of the most remarkable things about "Frasier" is its consistency. When the "Frasier" pilot aired back in 1993, Niles actor David Hyde Pierce thought the episode was "terrible" at first. Oh, how wrong he was. The pilot, entitled "The Good Son," remains an exceptional debut episode in TV history, simply because all the characters arrived fully formed, their dynamics dialed in and their chemistry immediately evident. The writing was as good as it ever got, too, and most importantly, the show demonstrated its commitment to an underlying moral depth right from the off, with Frasier and his father clashing initially before making up in a touching moment that saw John Mahoney's Martin Crane calling into his son's radio show to smooth things over.
Not content with debuting a show that appeared to have been running like clockwork for years, "Frasier" writers continued to pump out quality over the ensuing 11 seasons.

Apart from the theme song, the droll title cards and the gigantic Kelsey Grammer paychecks, there isn’t a whole lot about the new Frasier that feels like the original show. After all, the new iteration takes place in Boston, not Seattle, and features an entirely different cast of characters, played by new actors who don’t have to worry about screwing up their past legacies.
Frasier 2.0 is a mostly serviceable sitcom, but its biggest problem is that it’s called Frasier. We can’t help but compare it to one of the greatest TV comedies of all time, because it’s actively inviting that comparison.
Last week’s episode bent over backwards to provide audiences with nostalgic reminders of the old show, contriving to have Frasier visit Seattle and catch up with old friends, but mostly fell flat. This week, on the other hand, we got an episode that actually,...

Much like the original series, the "Frasier" revival has continued to provide an array of guest stars with each new episode. Season 2 has already brought back one of the best recurring characters from the Og series, and we've had a guest star who shares real life connection to Frasier himself, Kelsey Grammer. Everyone's favorite stuffy psychiatrist also traveled back to Seattle, the city in which he lived for all 11 seasons of his '90s show, where we got to see the return of fan favorites Bob "Bulldog" Briscoe (Dan Butler) and Gil Chesterton (Edward Hibbert).
As the season draws to a close, the show continues to bring in the guest stars, and episode 9 gives Frasier a new love interest in the form of Holly. Election Day, aka the most fraught, divisive, and anxiety-inducing time of American politics, is almost upon us once again ... and Hollywood, as always, tends to offer up the perfect distraction (like this past episode of "SNL"). Then again, I suppose that depends on your definition of "perfect." In August of 2008, while then-Presidential nominees Barack Obama and John McCain battled it out in a heated race that would go on to define the next decade-plus of global diplomacy and policymaking, "Yellowstone" star Kevin Costner and co-leads Paula Patton and Kelsey Grammer were busy starring in arguably one of the most misguided pieces of political entertainment until Adam McKay decided he was the right person to write and direct 2018's "Vice." "Swing Vote" tells the story of how one random, apolitical citizen (Costner) inexplicably becomes the deciding vote in the entire Presidential election, with both major parties fighting to earn his endorsement.

Any fan of "Frasier" will know that while the titular doctor is the star of the show, the series itself would have been nothing without its ensemble. The beloved sitcom ran from 1993 to 2004 and managed to sustain its quality throughout — a rarity for any show, but certainly for sitcoms of the era if you consider that even "Friends" was cranking out some of its worst episodes by its tenth and final season.
A big part of what gave "Frasier" its durability was its ensemble, which comprised not only multiple other main characters, but also an entire world of supporting and guest characters that made Dr. Crane's world feel like a real, living place. Of course, the main cast itself was most crucial to this aspect of the series, with John Mahoney's Crane patriarch, Martin, and David Hyde Pierce's Niles, the equally fastidious yet lovable brother of Frasier, being the most integral.

The revival of Frasier on Paramount+ was met with high hopes and nostalgia-fueled excitement from longtime fans of the original. After all, Frasier was a sitcom that skillfully combined highbrow humor with relatable family dynamics, often taking sitcoms to new heights of cleverness.
However, despite this beloved foundation, Frasier 2 has struggled to recapture the charm that made the original a classic. Below, we explore five key reasons the reboot fell short.
1. Lack of Chemistry and Natural Interactions A still from Frasier | Credits: Paramount Domestic Television
One of the defining traits of the original Frasier was the nuanced chemistry among the cast. Viewers fondly remember scenes at Café Nervosa where characters would banter, seamlessly pausing to place an order, or watching Frasier and Niles squabble in ways that revealed their quirks. The new series, however, misses this magic. Fans on social media have noticed the reboot’s stilted atmosphere, describing scenes...

One of the best parts of "Frasier," the Kelsey Grammer-led sitcom that began in 1993, was Peri Gilpin's Roz Doyle. Unlike Frasier, Doyle was a completely new character disconnected from the show's parent series, "Cheers," so the writers had total freedom with what to do with her. They made her Frasier's sarcastic radio show producer, who slowly became one of his best friends.
Few fans have any complaints about Peri Gilpin's performance in the role, which makes it harder to imagine that Roz Doyle was originally supposed to be played by Lisa Kudrow instead. Kudrow was cast as Doyle but fired before she could film the pilot, an event the actress described as "devastating" in a recent interview on the Smartless podcast. She talked about how, during an early run-through of the pilot, the director James Burrows told Kudrow "This isn't working," and that was it.

The Avengers: Chris Evans, Robert Downey Jr., Scarlett Johansson, And More Assemble In Fun New Video
The Hulk actor Mark Ruffalo has reassembled The Avengers to endorse Kamala Harris for United States President ahead of election day on November 5, 2024.
The video also features Chris Evans (Captain America), Robert Downey Jr. (Iron Man), Scarlett Johansson (Black Widow), Paul Bettany (Vision), Danai Gurira (Okoye), and Don Cheadle (War Machine).
The only members of the original six Avengers missing from the video are Hawkeye star Jeremy Renner and Australian actor Chris Hemsworth (Thor).
In the video, Johansson starts by saying, "Thanks for jumping on the call," prompting Cheadle to respond, "I think you mean assembling!" The MCU veterans then attempt to come up with a catchphrase for Vice President Harris' campaign, with Gurira suggesting "Kamala Forever" before they decide on, "I'm Kamala Harris, and I’m down with democracy."
Regardless of your political beliefs, it's fun to see these actors together again, though we likely don't have much longer to wait before they reassemble.

The Frasier reboot feels decidedly different from the original show, not just because Kelsey Grammer is older and it’s hard to look at him the same way post-Money Plane, but also thanks to the change in setting. Frasier 2.0, of course, takes place in Boston — or at least some kind of alternate universe Boston in which Cheers doesn’t exist for some reason.
But this week, Frasier made the bold move of sending Dr. Crane back to his hometown of Seattle. This is what fans have been waiting for, right? The episode certainly leaned into the nostalgia of its premise, shoehorning a second title sequence into the beginning of the show to reflect Frasier’s return to the Emerald City.
But what did this trip actually do for the show? Not a whole lot. Frasier couldn’t reunite with Niles and Daphne, owing to the fact that David Hyde Pierce...

Frasier is back in his Seattle radio booth — and yes, he’s listening.
Kelsey Grammer’s titular shrink went back to his old Kacl stomping grounds this week on the Paramount+ revival, accompanied by his producer pal Roz and reuniting with former colleagues Bulldog (Dan Butler) and Gil Chesterton (Edward Hibbert). And for the episode, Frasier recreated the radio set from the original series down to the last microphone cord… even though Grammer himself wasn’t moved to tears by the results.

When Frasier Crane returned to our screens in 2023, it was a truly surreal experience for anyone who grew up on the original "Frasier." That seminal '90s sitcom ran from 1993 until 2004, delivering 11 seasons of timeless comedy that struck that perfect balance between humor and heart that characterized so many shows of the era.
The series saw Kelsey Grammer play the pompous yet eternally endearing psychiatrist, who offered advice to the citizens of Seattle via his Kacl talk radio show. It was a simple premise that took a character who'd been a regular on "Cheers" and fleshed out his story to make one of the most successful TV spin-offs of all time — not to mention one of the best sitcoms ever to grace the pre-streaming era small screen.

If there's one thing haunting the "Frasier" revival series, beyond the general complaint that only Kelsey Grammer returned from the original cast, it's the more specific complaint that Niles isn't in the show. The titular psychiatrist's similarly pompous yet lovable brother was essentially the other main character in the original sitcom, and his absence from the reboot has been conspicuous to say the least.
Fans will know the story about why Niles actor David Hyde Pierce didn't return for the "Frasier" revival. To put it simply, the man didn't seem all that interested in the project, claiming he didn't "miss" the characters and was otherwise busy with other ventures. After the Paramount+ streaming series was renewed for a second season, however, the actor's comments started to sound a little less negative, with Hyde Pierce revealing his one condition for returning to the role of Niles. “Frasier” returns to Seattle in this week’s episode, and Variety has a first look at Frasier Crane’s visit to his old stomping grounds. Ted Danson, 76, formally apologized to Cheers costar Kelsey Grammer on an episode of his podcast for a longstanding feud the pair have had for over 30 years.
Grammer, 69, appeared as a guest on an episode of Danson’s Where Everybody Knows Your Name, which he co-hosts with Woody Harrelson.
While the episode partially served as a Cheers reunion, Danson and Grammer also discussed an argument they once had on set.

The Frasier revival has brought back stars from the original series in each of its seasons (the second is currently airing), but Wendie Malick doesn’t see herself as being one of them in the future. Malick had a recurring guest-star role as Ronee Lawrence in the original Frasier. Ronee used to be Frasier (Kelsey Grammer) and Niles’ (David Hyde Pierce) babysitter, and she struck up a romance later in life with Frasier and Niles’ dad, Martin Crane, played by the late John Mahoney, who died in 2018. The characters ended up getting married in the Frasier series finale that aired in 2004, regarded as one of the show’s best episodes and one of the best sitcom finales ever. When the "Frasier" revival series on Paramount+ was announced but costar David Hyde Pierce, who plays Frasier's neurotic younger brother Niles, was missing entirely, things felt a little out of place. At the time, Pierce said that he simply wasn't interested in playing the character again, and he had moved on in his career. That might sound like he had some negative feelings about his time on "Frasier" and maybe even his main co-worker, Kelsey Grammer (who played Frasier), but thankfully, that couldn't be further from the truth.
In an interview with Forbes, Pierce, who recently starred in "The Exorcism" with Russell Crowe, shared his feelings on not only Grammer's immense talents but also how the other actor helped him in his own journey as a performer. It turns out that while Pierce doesn't have much desire to return to the role of Niles, he does have a lot of...

The new Frasier series premieres episodes of season 2 on Paramount+, and Ted Danson and Woody Harrelson have started the Where Everybody Knows Your Name podcast, so it’s inevitable that Grammer would reunite with his good ol’ drinking buddies for an episode on the podcast. While the former co-stars would obviously start reminiscing about working on Cheers together, things would also get pretty deep as Danson and Grammer explore some of Grammer’s tragic past and confront some seemingly unresolved conflicts of the past.
As the actors have grown and matured, Danson has taken it upon himself to apologize to Grammer for an argument between them that happened on Cheers. According to Variety, Danson explained, “I feel like I got stuck a little bit with you during the Cheers years. I have a memory of getting angry at you once.” Grammer responded, “Yeah, you came and told me that one day.

It might not be the "Frasier" of old, but Kelsey Grammer's Paramount+ revival of the beloved sitcom is a comforting thing to have around in 2024. The show was never going to match its predecessor, which belongs to a golden age of '90s sitcoms, but if Grammer and new showrunners Joe Cristali and Chris Harris could manage to conjure even an iota of that "Frasier" charm, their reboot was always going to make for a watchable show.
Now, midway through season 2, it's fair to say that streaming age "Frasier" has proven it has something, even if we're still not sure what that something is. The series feels strikingly anachronistic just by virtue of the sitcom format and its laugh track and soundstage sets. But it's also strangely comforting in its familiarity. Ted Danson has publicly apologized to Kelsey Grammer for an argument they had during their time starring together on the hit sitcom “Cheers” in the 1980s. In a recent episode of the podcast “Where Everybody Knows Your Name,” co-hosted by Danson and actor Woody Harrelson, Danson acknowledged having a disagreement with Grammer while filming the show that damaged their relationship for decades.
“Cheers,” which aired from 1982 to 1993, centered around a Boston bar where locals gathered. Danson played Sam Malone, the charismatic bartender, while Grammer joined the cast in 1984 playing Frasier Crane, a psychiatrist who became a regular patron. However, Danson admitted to Grammer on the podcast that the two had “gotten angry” at each other during production, an incident that left a lasting impression on both.
Taking responsibility, Danson expressed regret for how the disagreement affected their friendship long-term. “It’s stuck in both of our memories,” Danson said. He directly apologized to Grammer,...

“This isn’t self-deprecating, but I wish — I feel like I got stuck a little bit with you during the Cheers years. I have a memory of getting angry at you once,” Danson told Grammer.
“Yeah, you came and told me that one day,” Grammer replied, although neither one of them elaborated what the argument was about.
“It’s stuck in both of our memories,” Danson continued. “But I feel like, f–k, I don’t know.
The two discussed their relative falling out on the latest episode of Danson’s SiriusXM’s podcast “Where Everybody Knows Your Name.”

Turns out Shelley Long wasn’t the only Cheers co-star that irritated Ted Danson. In the latest episode of the Where Everybody Knows Your Name podcast, the guy who played bartender Sam Malone confessed that he also had beef with Kelsey Grammer.
“I got stuck a little bit with you during the Cheers years,” Danson admitted to Grammer. “I have a memory of getting angry at you once.”
“You came and told me that one day,” acknowledged TV’s Frasier Crane.
“It's stuck in both of our memories,” said Danson. “But I feel like, fuck. I don’t know. I feel like I missed out on the last 30 years of Kelsey Grammer. It’s my bad, my doing. And I almost feel like apologizing to you. No, I don’t ‘feel like.’ I apologize.”
Both comic actors lamented the fact that they hadn’t spent more time together in the intervening years,...

The "Frasier" revival has had some undeniable highs, but it's also had some unequivocal lows. As Paramount's reboot has attempted to move Kelsey Grammer's snooty psychiatrist into the streaming age, it has managed to both preserve aspects of what made Dr. Crane so beloved, and introduce some questionable developments into "Frasier" lore.
Case in point: the season one episode of the revival that saw Frasier at the center of an "Oprah" and "Dr. Phil" parody. Episode three of the new series revealed that, during the 20 year break between the original "Frasier," which wrapped up in 2004, and the revival show, everyone's favorite celebrity psychiatrist had given in to his worst impulses and fronted a "Dr. Phil"-style TV talk show, creatively named "Dr. Crane." The show saw its host dressing up in ridiculous outfits, karate chopping "negative self-talk" signs, delivering a segment entitled "Frasier's 'Fra-vorite' Things," and interviewing the world's smartest pig,...

There was so much to love about "Frasier." Leaving aside the fact that star Kelsey Grammer seemed born to play the fussy titular doctor, or that he was surrounded by one of the finest ensembles in TV history, "Frasier" also attracted a dazzling array of guest stars, many of whom we never actually got to see. That's because dozens of guests merely provided their voices to Frasier's call-in talk radio show. These were big name stars, too, with everyone from Helen Mirren to Billy Crystal contacting Frasier for life advice. It wasn't just actors, either. "Frasier" played host to Art Garfunkel, Stephen King, and tennis legend John McEnroe, making for what is surely one of the most impressive lists of guest stars for any TV show (and even rivaling "The Simpsons" for the sheer amount of celebrities that agreed to appear).

There are lots of good things you can say about the "Frasier" revival series. The show, which acts the TV equivalent of a legacy sequel to the original sitcom, is comforting in many ways, providing a dose of non-threatening, wholesome TV that with its anachronistic sitcom setup feels at once familiar and oddly out of place in the streaming age. The revival has also had some solid episodes that recall the magic of the original, with the season 1 finale stacking up quite well against previous "Frasier" Christmas episodes. Season 2 has also made Frasier's former producer, Roz Doyle, a recurring character, elevating the show beyond where it sat with the existing supporting cast.
Elsewhere, star Kelsey Grammer never lost a step as the titular psychiatrist, and is as good at playing lovably pompous as ever. Grammer also has ambitious plans for "Frasier," envisioning more than 100 episodes of the revival should Paramount...
