She has cast some of the most popular and highly-rated reality programs ever produced, ranging from Bravo's 'The Real Housewives of Orange County' to 'Life Below Zero' for National Geographic. Her work has appeared on History Channel, MTV, Lifetime, TLC, OWN, Discovery, E!, FOX, ABC, CBS and NBC. Her shows have been recognized and awarded by the Television Academy, Kid's Choice Awards and C21/FRAPA at MIPCOM.

Katie has significant experience in every aspect of the Reality TV genre, including casting, producing and show development. She has significant experience working in development with networks including A&E, BBC Worldwide Productions and Peacock Studios. She has worked in live television with the American Music Awards and the Daytime Emmys, and is experienced in the game show genre and as well as international production.

Based in Los Angeles, Katie is the president and principal of Mac Worldwide, Inc. She has served on several industry-related panels and is an active member of the Television Academy, NATPE, NAWBO and Film Independent.

Katie began her career as a celebrity publicist, where she gained an extensive background in the corporate, special event, fashion and performing artist arenas. Her most notable clients included Nicole Miller, Britney Spears and Jay Z.
