Kian Egan has advised 'I'm A Celebrity... Get Me Out Of Here!' contestants to stay under the radar and not play a game. The former Westlife singer - who was crowned King of the Jungle in 2013 - thinks louder characters can ''dig their own graves'' by seeking to establish themselves and attract attention in their first days in camp. He advised: ''For the celebs heading to the jungle this year that are keen to win, my advice is don't play a game. Be yourself, be a team player and look after everyone... ''In the first week or so, often some of the...

Boot Camp lasted five weeks - yes, that's right, five weeks - but tonight, we finally have some progression, and the final 24 are off to Judges' Houses to be whittled down to the final 12. Cheryl takes the Groups to Rome, Simon takes the Overs to the South of France, Rita takes the Girls to La... and Nick takes the Boys to the Cotswolds. Awkward.

Markus Feehily won't take part in 'I'm A Celebrity... Get Me Out Of Here!' because he's scared of birds. The former Westlife star - who's old bandmate Kian Egan was King of the Jungle in 2013 - could think of nothing worse than being eaten alive by pests as the thought ''terrifies'' him. He explained: ''I've been asked to do all the main reality shows. The idea of being buried alive in a coffin with rats in the jungle absolutely terrifies me. Remember the first ever Love Island with its seemingly clueless single celebrities constantly bickering on a tumultuous and stormy (literally and metaphorically) Fijian island?
Even the show's co-hosts Kelly Brook and Patrick Kielty were baying for one another's blood when Kielty decided to declare during one live show that Brook had previously dated contestant Paul Danan.
Other memorable highlights included Abi Titmuss becoming more and more enraged as Fran Cosgrave repeatedly referred to her as Vanessa Feltz, swiftly followed by a tipsy and uncouth Rebecca Loos letting rip.
The series aired almost exactly a decade ago, so we found ourselves wondering - whatever happened to eventual winner Jayne Middlemiss? And the Love Island love god that was Lee Sharpe?
As the new non-celebrity series currently enjoys its ITV2 revival, we find out what the 12 star contestants have gone on to do since their 2005 stint below:

After 13 series, there have now been more than enough I'm a Celebrity... Get Me Out of Here! winners to fill up their own all-star series.
They all had to endure creepy crawlies, tough Bushtucker Trials and mockery by Ant & Dec, but they all won the hearts of the nation for a couple of weeks.
Some of them may have fallen from grace since, while some have soared up the UK fame ranks. But who were the best champions from their respective series? Here's our just-for-fun, don't-take-it-too-seriously Top 13.
13. Carol Thatcher - Series 5 (2005)
Potentially the most surprising winner of the lot, no-one could have guessed that Margaret Thatcher's daughter would have been voted the nation's favourite.
Viewers were won over by how involved she was in the tasks, her no-nonsense attitude, and the fact that she was only up against Sid Owen and Cannon & Ball.

An I'm a Celebrity viewer has racked up a phone bill of £1,158 voting for Emmerdale star Lucy Pargeter to win.
Nicole Hassall spent six hours on the phone after Wednesday night's (December 4) airing of the reality show, repeatedly making calls to ITV's premium-rate voting line, reports The Mirror.
The 18-year-old said: "I did vote but I really wanted Lucy or Kian from Westlife to win.
"I had no idea the bill would be this much. I'm really upset."
Hassall's mother Eileen had initially saved up £250 to spend on her daughter's Christmas present, but will now use that money to pay part of the bill.
Eileen complained that she wasn't notified by network provider Orange about the large bill until Saturday morning (December 7).
She stated: "It's absolutely disgusting that Orange didn't let me know what was happening."
Orange has agreed to waive half of the remaining amount, leaving the family with a £454 bill outstanding.

The remaining two celebrities tackled the 'Final Feast' Trial in order to win a meal of their choice for their last night in camp.
The Westlife star and the royal fashion designer had to consume four unsavoury dishes each, to be awarded the equivalent luxury course for dinner.
Prior to the Trial, Egan admitted: "It's the one I've been dreading the most, I'm not going to lie.

He said: "I didn't think I was going to be this upset. The fact that me and Annabel joined the camp together obviously made us closer together. Nobody will ever know what it's like to be in that situation.

I'm a Celebrity... Get Me Out of Here! star Kian Egan has admitted that he was nervous about taking on a Bushtucker Trial.
The public voted to force the Westlife star to take part in a challenge yesterday (November 25), giving trial veteran Joey Essex a break.
The campmates agreed that it was nice Essex could take some time off, while Annabel Giles said: "Weirdly, we're really pleased for Kian because he's been sort of at the tether, like a champion ready to fight."
However, Egan - who also said Essex "deserves some time off" - admitted that he was feeling worried about the test.
"I've wanted to do one," he told David Emanuel. "I'm just nervous."
Emanuel suggested that Egan was worried about living up to Essex's success, saying: "Don't forget Joey's done incredibly well, and boys being boys, he wants to prove he can do it as well. So that's the added pressure.

"Lucy went down for some wood and called for Amy. Amy didn't respond because Amy was very, very busy topping up her tan, yet again."
Lucy added: "I'm going to hold my tongue.

On the tension between the two women, Westlife singer Kian Egan said in the Bush Telegraph: "There seemed to be a slight bit of a clash between Rebecca and Amy. Me and Fonsy [Alfonso Ribeiro] kind of spotted it.
"It's the only time you've seen that too-ing and fro-ing between anybody in here. You...

I'm a Celebrity... Get Me Out Of Here! star Kian Egan has suggested that Westlife were not as well-behaved as people believed.
Speaking to his campmates, Egan suggested that the singers were hard-working but knew how to have a good time.
"The funny thing is that people say you're all so clean cut, but we were not really that clean cut," he said. "We go out on the rip, fall over the place and get drunk and go out real late and drink a good amount of alcohol between all of us."
Egan added: "For the first few years we were first class lunatics when it came to going out, but if we had something important the next day, we wouldn't do it. Or if it was going to affect what we were doing, because we cherished what we had.
"That was the big thing for us. And when Brian left the band,...

Where would we be without I'm a Celebrity?
Where would Iceland pimp out their latest festive frozen monstrosities? Where would Ant & Dec go to top up their tan and get a cheeky round of golf in every November? And how would Joey Essex learn how to tell the time? This isn't just a chance to laugh at celebrities with scorpions down their pants, this a god damn public service people.
This year's selection of Never-Have-Beens hoping to get an extra couple of zeroes on their panto cheques include '80s snoozy snooker player Steve Davis, Towie's Joey Essex, a man so dumb he makes Rylan look like a University Challenge winner, and a clan of vaguely recognisable soap stars.
"I'm best known as Big Mo from EastEnders," said actress Laila Morse. That's not true Laila. You're only known as Big Mo from EastEnders.
Still, at least it's better than fashion designer David Emanuel.

I'm a Celebrity, Get Me Out of Here! was back with a bang last night (November 17) - we've already had tears, trials and, er, tampons. Obviously, it's far too early to judge our new batch of famous faces... but as if that's going to stop us! So join us as we share our snap judgements of the ten jungle rookies and let us know what you think below...
Rebecca Adlington
Rebecca gets instant points for shamelessly fangirling over Kian Egan. Now, sure, this probably made Kian hideously uncomfortable, but her little disappointed noise when she found out they definitely wouldn't be on the same team was amazing.
Even when he beat her at the Bushtucker Trial, she hugged him and called him a legend and thanked him for doing it quickly. If Rebecca has that little composure around a member of Westlife, just imagine what it's going to be like...
