Susan is from Westfield, NJ and attended NYU's Tisch School of the Arts. She originated the role of Sandy in the 1994 Broadway revival of "Grease" at the Eugene O'Neill Theatre. She played Evelyn Nesbitt in the American premiere of "Ragtime" at the Shubert Theatre in Los Angeles, along side Brian Stokes Mitchell and LaChanze. Other Broadway/National Tour credits include David Henry Hwang's "Face Value", "Grand Hotel", "Eating Raoul" and "Chess". After achieving her Broadway dreams, Susan headed out to Los Angeles, where she met her husband, actor Christopher B. Duncan while appearing on "The Jamie Foxx Show" as a series regular. She played Braxton's girlfriend Cameron Caldwell. The two immediately fell in love and now have 3 beautiful children, actress Charlie Ann Duncan, actor Miles Duncan and actor Brock Duncan.
