Formed in 1994, the group's current line-up consists of
Jeff Tweedy,
Glenn Kotche,
Mikael Jorgensen,
John Stirratt,
Nels Cline, and Pat Sansone.
Former members include Leroy Bach, Max Johnston, Bob Egan, Ken Coomer,
and
Jay Bennett, who was famously dismissed from Wilco in
2001 following the release of the band's Yankee Hotel Foxtrot album.
Bennett died on May 24th, 2009 of an accidental prescription drug
overdose.
