Brian Wescott

Brian Wescott was born and raised in a cabin in Alaska without running water and studied at Harvard and Yale. He voices the recurring role of Walt Evanoff (plus incidental characters) on the prime-time animated series "The Great North" (Fox, Hulu). He co-produced the feature comedy "Christmas in the Clouds," executive produced the feature documentary "The Thick Dark Fog" (about a Lakota boarding school survivor), and produced "Ishi's Return," all of which did well on the festival circuit. He has appeared in multiple stage productions at Perseverance Theatre in Alaska, Native Voices at the Autry in L.A., and the La Jolla Playhouse in San Diego. Also, he served as Lead Artist (and lead actor) in "The Winter Bear Project" in Alaska for over a decade. An enrolled Alaska Native, he sits on the Native committees at the WGA and SAG-AFTRA and is a member of AEA.
