He was born in Poland, in 1968 he left for Israel. He studied history
and philosophy at the Hebrew University in Jerusalem. He had worked in
cinematography since 1972 as the director of cinematography or the film
director. He made over 60 feature films, dramas and documentaries. He
spent most of his professional life in the United States, South Africa
and Israel. He won several international awards as the director of
cinematography. He lives in Israel.
