Live with Kelly and Mark is making a massive change with a series of shows filmed in Palm Springs, California, this week, and the location isn’t the only change made.
Mark Consuelos dressed in a style that better fits old Hollywood rather than the up-and-coming New Yorker he and his wife, Kelly Ripa, both are.
Live has set up a great week of guests, including Kyle Richards, Sheryl Lee Ralph, Jerry O’Connell, and Don Johnson.
The shows will occur outside in the beautiful Palm Springs area. They will feature sporting segments like golfing and Pickleball, with some audience watching from their golf carts.
Kelly and Mark finally got their wish to move Live with Kelly and Mark to Palm Springs after months of hard work, and the couple is doing it up this week with their old-style glam.

Kevin Brophy, who starred as a young man raised by wolves on the short-lived ABC series Lucan and as the doomed leader of a college fraternity in the cult horror film Hell Night, has died. He was 70.
Brophy died May 11 at his home in Rancho Santa Fe, California, his family announced. He was diagnosed with stage 4 cancer 10 years ago, they said.
On 1977-78’s Lucan, his first professional acting job, Brophy portrayed a 20-year-old man who spent the first 10 years of his life with wolves in the forests of Minnesota before he’s brought into society.
His character possessed wolf-like superpowers like strength, agility and heightened senses of smell and hearing, and when angry, his eyes glowed amber.
When he got the part, Brophy asked himself, “What does a boy raised by wolves do?” he recalled in December in an interview for the Happy Horror Time podcast. “I came to...

A Dino De Laurentiis production starring Charles Bronson, John Sturges’ “The Valdez Horses” opened in Italy in 1973 and kicked around markets in Europe and the Far East over the next two years under various alternative titles. In 1975, it finally limped onto a handful of U.S. screens as “Chino.” By then, Bronson was already a cultural sensation here in the wake of “Death Wish,” but “Chino” didn’t have much of a push from its American distributor, and it didn’t last long in the movie houses. The Bronson vehicle that made a splash in 1975 was Walter Hill’s “Hard Times,” featuring the star as a hardscrabble street fighter during the Great Depression. What we know as Chino is a Charles Bronson star vehicle all the way, and less interesting as a western than for explaining the state of the film business in the early 1970s. A good coming of age story is reshaped to appeal to Bronson fans, while the formerly front rank director John Sturges is frustrated by star demands and producer re-shoots. The extras on Pi’s disc show what a free-for all the set must have been — even the writer sees fit to boast about how he told Sturges where to head in.

Before he came face to face with Jason Voorhees in Friday the 13th: The Final Chapter, Peter Barton faced a different kind of cinematic killer alongside Linda Blair in Hell Night. With the 1981 horror film coming out soon on a Collector's Edition Blu-ray / DVD with a new 4K scan from Scream Factory, we've been provided with an exclusive behind-the-scenes clip to share as a special treat for Daily Dead readers.
In the behind-the-scenes clip below, Barton reflects on a humorous time when it was difficult for him to maintain a straight face during filming, and he also talks about the high level of energy that goes into a performance when actors are playing characters who are fighting for (or fear for) their lives.
Scream Factory's Hell Night Collector's Edition Blu-ray / DVD will be released on January 2nd, 2018, and we have a look at the full list of special features...

Fort Lauderdale, Fla – He was the heart throb-iest of the teen heart throbs when he came onto the scene in the early 1970s. David Cassidy was the driving force of the manufactured-for-tv pop act The Partridge Family, which provided a soundtrack for their era. Cassidy died in Fort Lauderdale, Florida, at the age of 67, on November 21st, 2017.
David Cassidy fought the demons of his sudden fame for virtually the rest of his life after the Partridge Family era, admitting an alcohol problem after being arrested for a DUI in 2013. Earlier this year, he announced that he was living with non-Alzheimer’s dementia, which ran in his family. But during the burst of infamy he had in the early 1970s, there was no greater beloved pin-up teen than Cassidy, who ushered in a parade of dreamy 1970s boys like Donny Osmond, Vincent Van Patten, Leif Garrett and his half brother, Shaun Cassidy.

Lisa Rinna and Lisa Vanderpump have had a rocky relationship during their time on The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills. But during Tuesday’s first part of the show’s three-part reunion, the two frenemies came together in a tearful moment.
The unexpected moment of harmony came as the two ladies discussed whether they could truly repair their friendship — which suffered greatly during the fallout of last season’s Munchausen madness.
For Vanderpump, Rinna’s loose lips made her hard to trust.

Lisa Vanderpump is known for being many things on The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills. She’s a loving mother to two children; a loyal friend; a hardworking restauranteur; and a passionate champion for animal rights.
But one thing the 56-year-old Housewife is not known for being is incredibly forgiving — especially after friends betray her trust and kindness.
So imagine the shock Rhobh fans felt on Tuesday’s all-new episode when Vanderpump did the seemingly unthinkable and forgave Lisa Rinna, whom she had clashed with throughout most of last season.

Previously on Real Housewives of Beverly Hills (Among other things): "I'm taking the dildo." "Kim, f— you." Not much happened in terms of the dramatics for the first ladies of the 90210. Eileen Davidson's husband, Vincent Van Patten, had a reading for a movie he wrote. Kim Richards played a poker player with a hand puppet of a snail or something, Lisa Vanderpump was somebody named Peanut. Kyle Richards and Lisa Rinna had parts too. While at Eileen's, Kim discussed her acting days and working with Bette Davis. Apparently she asked the legend if she wore a wig. To get further proof, she hid in Davis' dressing room to see her remove her wig. The more you know. Brandi...

You know, you dream about a moment like this watching a live awards show, and when it happens, you don’t know what to say.
One of those moments happened tonight during The 41st Daytime Emmy Awards.
But let’s go back a bit, to the Red Carpet pre-show, which was such a clusterf*ck of bad cues, missed lines, and giggling presenters, I was convinced everyone involved must have thought it a dress rehearsal. In the closing moments, someone shouted out “Sorry if my nipples fell out.” I was hoping it was Chandler Massey, but he was a no-show before the program (and if the red carpet seemed rushed, it was probably because they had to get it back to Crazy Ray’s Rug Rentals before 10 Pm)

While I was toiling in the multi-media club in high school making movies for the classes she was in Hollywood making movies for the masses, but we were on the same ship. From the Exorcist movies, Born Innocent, Sarah T.–Portrait of an Alcoholic, Roller Boogie, Ruckus, Savage Streets, Night Patrol, all the way up to All is Normal…I’ve pretty much seen it all.

Chicago – Betsy Russell possibly made one of the greatest feature film debut moments in movie history. In the early VHS and cable days, no one can ever forget her epic horse ride in “Private School.” It’s great to have Betsy back, adding her legacy to the incredibly successful “Saw” horror franchise, this time in “Saw 3D.”
Russell was a quintessential California girl from San Diego and was born into a family of intellectuals and educators. Her father, Richard Russell, is one of the most sought after economic/Dow Jones theorists, and her grandfather was the author and liberal lion Max Lerner. Russell added to that famous lineage by shooting her first commercial at 16 years old, and moving on to Hollywood to pursue acting full-time shortly thereafter.

The script is actually being written by Bill from Bill & Ted's Excellent Adventure, aka in real life as Alex Winter, who has gone on to write and direct in addition to acting. Stern and Levinson are also remaking Porky's, with both films being personal favorites of Stern's. No director has been attached yet, but Winter explains "I've now done so much stuff in music videos, and the Napster movie, that the chance to bridge music and comedy was something that intrigued me. This movie seemed so ripe for a remake." Really? Ripe for a remake? Maybe after Paramount announced School of Rock 2! The original 1979 comedy was directed by Allan Arkush and starred P.J.
