Adrienne Townes

Adrienne Townes has been passionate about the acting profession
from an early age. Her mother was a talented actress, and from a child
she instilled in Adrienne the love of the theater and the art of self
expression through acting and song. As a young adult, she acted in
numerous plays at the Arena Playhouse in Baltimore, Maryland. Two of
Adrienne's favorite performances included her roles as, "Millie" in
William Ignes, " Picnic," and "Veronica," in the musical,
"Goodbye-Blues." During her college years at Frostburg University,
while obtaining her Bachelor Degree, she took numerous courses in
Voice, Drama, and Theater and was crowned the first black Miss
Frostburg State University. In addition to her film credits, Adrienne
has had a principal role in a nationwide National Basketball
Association commercial and has appeared in numerous industrial films
and national commercials including Jiffy Lube, Car Max and the Social
Security Administration. Further, Adrienne has been a model and dancer
on Black Entertainment Television's Concert Series.
