- Jan Skopecek was born on September 19, 1925 in Litomerice, Czechoslovakia [now Czech Republic]. He was an actor and writer, known for The Mysterious Castle in the Carpathians (1981), Zelnacka (1996) and Nahá pastýrka (1966). He was married to Vera Tichánková. He died on July 27, 2020 in Prague, Czech Republic.
