There are many things that go into a good recast, and it can vary from character to character. In this case, let’s take a look at the case of John “Jagger” Cates.

Originally played by Antonio Sabata, Jr., Jagger had many storylines in the 90’s including hot romances with both Karen Wexler (Cari Shayne) and Brenda Barrett (Vanessa Marcil). He also appeared briefly on General Hospital spin-off Night Shift several years ago.

Ultimately, she was involved in a love triangle with high school sweethearts Jagger Cates (Antonio Sabato Jr.) and Karen Wexler (Cari Shayne). Brenda also formed a fast friendship with Robin Scorpio (Kimberly McCoullough).

She became a Deception Cosmetics model and started earning a living for herself.

Jagger fell in love with Karen Wexler (Cari Shayne) and the two later married. But early in their relationship, Karen got hooked on pills and performed as a stripper at a club owned by Sonny.

The Gh Fan Club Weekend gave Easton (Finn) the opportunity to reunite with his on-screen family, Josh Swickard (Chase) and Jophielle Love (Violet). The ex-gh star posted the heartwarming photos on his Instagram account. The first image featured both Swickard and Love, while the second shined a spotlight on the TV father-daughter combo.

In his post, Easton gave us a little insight and reaction to his meeting up with two of his favorite actors to work with, writing, “Loved catching up with the family last night.
