"Mr. Nelson - your music always made me move forward when I wanted to give up." Quiver Distr. has debuted the official US trailer for a funky German indie film titled Willie and Me, the feature directorial debut of German actress Eva Hassmann. It's written by, produced by, directed by, and stars Hassmann - clearly a personal passion project based on her own love for Willie Nelson and her culture shock of coming to America. Trapped in a stagnant marriage, German housewife Greta finds solace in Willie Nelson's music. When Nelson announces his farewell concert, she embarks on a journey to Las Vegas, leaving her husband behind, rediscovering her past. Hassmann plays Greta, with a fun supporting cast including Willie Nelson (of course!), Peter Bogdanovich, Darby Stanchfield, Blaine Gray, and Thure Riefenstein. Looks a bit rough around the edges, but that scrappy indie charm is what makes this so amusing.

"We've got to pilot this ourselves?" Epic Pictures has released an official Us trailer for a submarine thriller called Torpedo U 235, which is an amalgamation of two other titles for this: Torpedo (the original Belgian title) and U235 (the sub's name). The film is about a small team of Belgian resistance fighters that kidnap a German submarine during WWII and accept a mission to bring uranium, needed for the Manhattan Project, from the Belgian Kongo to New York. Based on a true story, of course. This looks like it has some awesome action in addition to the wicked cool story of some Belgians wrangling a stolen German sub for a top secret mission. This stars Koen De Bouw, Thure Riefenstein, Ella-June Henrard, Joren Seldeslachts, Sven De Ridder, Stefan Perceval, and Bert Haelvoet. The dialogue is cheesy, but the rest seems solid. Here's the official trailer (+ posters) for Sven Huybrechts' Torpedo...

Exclusive: Breaking Glass Pictures has acquired North American rights to writer-director George Bamber’s gay dark comedy.
Based on the book of the same name by Robert Rodi, Kept Boy centres on interior designer and reality show star Fairleigh Knock, who has a habit for keeping beautiful things, like young and attractive Dennis, around his home.
All goes well for Dennis until Fairleigh gives him an ultimatum – get a job or get out.
Kept Boy is Bamber’s second directorial effort, following The Mostly Unfabulous Social Life Of Ethan Green, and stars John Paul Phillips, Thure Riefenstein and Greg Audino.
“I’m excited to put a post-queer take on Robert Rodi’s twisty and hilarious romp”, Bamber said. “I know all audiences will enjoy Kept Boy’s story of love and the secrets of keeping it, and Breaking Glass is the perfect partner to release our story over all media platforms.”

Allow me to start with a quick apology and clarification: Leverage Inc. is now based out of Portland, Oregon where the show is being filmed. In last week’s Leverage review I initially said the wrong city. Thank you to all the TV Fanatics who commented and corrected me. I’m glad you’re here.
Now... on to our second offering from Leverage’s new home. This week, the team took on a job involving one of the favorite sports of Boston and Portland: hockey.
First thing I noticed about "The Blue Line Job" was that they didn’t skimp on the guest star. Treat Williams as Otters owner Peter Rising certainly maintained the standard the series set last week on the caliber of talent we can expect to see on Season 5.
Sadly, I know so little about hockey I wasn’t sure if Vladimir Busiak (played by Thure Riefenstein...
