In an episode of Boy Meets World (1993), Randle's role is asked, as a joke, if she didn't guest star in Baywatch (1989) once. Randle has, in fact guest starred in one episode of Baywatch (1989).

Betsy Randle was born in Chicago, Illnois, she grew up in the suburb of Glenview. She graduated from New Trier High School and the University of Kansas. Betsy is the mother of two children, Jessica and Aaron.
