Alessandro (aka Alex) was born in Ravenna on January 20, 1972 and lives in Rome.
He made his debut at a very young age with the novel "Gli angeli non mangiano hamburger" and the collection of noir stories "Omicidi all'italiana".
Later began writing for television and cinema. He stardet writing with the great screenwriters Luciano Vincenzoni and Tonino Guerra.
For cinema he won two Golden Tickets Award and the award for best comedy of the year at the Los Angeles Italia Film Festival for School of mafia. For television he won two Moige Awards.
He created the soap-opera "Cuori rubati" and the television series "Il commissario Manara".
For the stage he wrote the comedy "Una donna in casa" and two blockbuster musicals "Un po' prima della prima" and "Il pianeta proibito".
In 2017 he made his directorial debut with the film "Chi m'ha visto", later he wrote and directed "Tutta un'altra vita" and "School of Mafia."
