- Her father, Guglielmo Pagano, was a good mandolin player and at the age of eight Angela began to sing accompanying the trio of parking attendants formed by her father.
- In 1959 she made her television debut: the actress played, in fact, secondary roles in comedies, including Ditegli sempre di sì , Napoli milionaria , Filumena Marturano and many others. Success came when Giuseppe Patroni Griffi chose her to recite a text by Franca Valeri , "Le catacombe" (1962 - 1963), and in 1967 he called her for "Napoli notte e giorno" , the show that marked the rediscovery of Raffaele Viviani .
