Sally Vahle

Sally Nystuen Vahle was born in Minnesota and grew up in Menomonie,
Wisconsin. She earned her Bachelor of Fine Arts in Acting at the
University of Minnesota-Duluth and received her Master of Fine Arts in
Performance at Southern Methodist University in Dallas, Texas. She is
Co-Founder of Dallas' acclaimed Kitchen Dog Theater. Sally has worked
in Regional Theater's across the United States and is a member of the
Brierley Resident Acting Company at the Dallas Theater Center. In
addition to her stage work she works regularly in film and television,
commercials and is a sought after voice over actress. Sally has been
awarded a 2011 Lunt-Fontanne Fellowship, is a two time recipient of the
Leon Rabin Award for Excellence in Acting, and has received numerous
Best Actress Awards during her career. She serves the University of
North Texas Department of Dance and Theater as Associate Professor of
Acting and Voice. She is married to Tim Vahle and is the mother of two
beautiful daughters.
