Adile Nasit(1930-1987)

(Early to mid 80's) Was the second host of "Uykudan Önce" (Before Bedtime), a long-running, beloved children's show that aired every night on Turkish National Television right after the evening news, with a 5-minute monologue from the host, followed by a 5-minute cartoon. She ended each episode by a long good night, calling many children by their names. They thought she was actually talking to them through television, and promptly went to bed because she said so.
