In 1994, she created Joule Studio Casting, where today she still plays a significant part in finding the best talent. Collaborations with directors like Alejandro Innaritù, Matthew Weiner, Darren Star, Steven Spielberg, Oliver Stone and Spike Lee, and on films like The Dreamers, allowed Juliette's studio to become 'the casting rendez-vous' in Paris.
