Pim Muda

Pim Muda (March 11, 1978, Groningen) is a Dutch comedian, actor, and singer.
Muda graduated in 2000 from the Amsterdam Academy of Dramatic Arts, where he, along with his classmates Joost Spijkers, Friso van Vemde, and Pepijn Gunneweg, founded the group Ashton Brothers. After graduation, they performed their musical spectacle shows all over the world, from Paris to Toronto and from Budapest to Edinburgh. After five critically acclaimed and publicly adored theatre shows, Gunneweg left the group, and the remaining three Ashton Brothers developed their summer festival, Ashtonia, which over the last three summers has attracted tens of thousands of visitors to places like Slot Zeist.
In addition to his involvement with Ashton Brothers, Muda also works as an actor, singer, and writer. He has played roles in series such as Baantjer, Flikken Maastricht, and Welcome to the 60's, and appeared in films such as In Oranje, Angel and Dolfje Weerwolfje.
He will be starring as Vincent van Gogh in upcoming feature film '23 letters from Vincent'.
On television, he was a regular team captain on KRO Hints and is one of the familiar faces of the RTL hit show Foute Vrienden, which entered its fifth season in 2019. That same year, Muda reached the finals of the singing competition It Takes 2, where he performed weekly duets with Trijntje Oosterhuis.
As a writer, he has contributed to shows like Het Klokhuis, Sesamstraat, and the theatre productions of Jochem Myjer and Klaas van der Eerden.
