Penny Morrell(1938-2020)

She gave up acting when she married George Cole in 1966 and had a son, Toby,
born 1941 and a daughter, Tara born 1969. She got a taste for acting again when
she played a dragon landlady who fancied Arfur in Minder. She then played Ellie
Butler in a children's tv serial Running Scared. Since 1979 she's been running Mrs Coles
Music Hall which she produces at The Mill at Sonning in Berkshire each Xmas season
and which started as a charity venture.
