Co-wrote with Leslie Bricusse the controversial recording of 'Christine' sung
by Miss X (alias Joyce Blair), which, based as it was on the John Profumo & Christine Keeler affair, was banned by the BBC & Radio Luxembourg on release in
1963.
He was the brother of the Belgian queen Fabiola, and brother-in-law of
king Boudewijn/Baudouin.
