The Getback is the latest “Tubi Original”, but I’m not sure that’s really accurate as there’s almost nothing original about this film.
Mal Cooper was a rising star in the police department. Until someone he brought in was found not guilty and Mal took matters into his own hands. Turns out the guy was someone even a cop can’t get away with beating, the son of a senator. The ensuing scandal cost him his job and his wife.
Now he works as a bounty hunter, tracking down bail jumpers for Alexander Rogan. Right now he wants him to bring in Jake Gordon. There’s just one problem, Jake’s testimony could make sure Alonzo Beaumont never leaves prison, so...

Mindcage is a thriller movie starring John Malkovich and Martin Lawrence. It is directed by Mauro Borrelli.
Are you in the mood for a movie with in line with ‘Knight Moves’ (1992), ‘The Silence of the Lambs’ (1991)or ‘Se7en’ (1995)? ‘Mindcage’ offers you the perfect opportunity to relive the 90’s-style “charming” thrillers about psychopaths that leave a trail of corpses and intricate clues, which they themselves consider an art form (in this occasion religious art).
Premise
A copycat murderer is on the loose, and detectives Jake Doyle and Mary Kelly are put on the case. This will invariably mean that must seek help from an incarcerated serial killer called “the Artist”. As Mary delves deep into the Artist’s brilliant but twisted psyche, she and Jake get lured into a diabolical game of cat and mouse, racing against time to stay one step ahead of both criminals.

"How often do you have these dinners?" Historia Films has debuted an official promo trailer for an indie horror film titled The Dinner Party, the latest horror creation from Mississippi native filmmaker / actor Miles Doleac. A budding playwright and his wife attend a dinner party hosted by wealthy, cultural elites, who've promised to bankroll his latest play to Broadway, but, in fact, have darker designs in mind for the couple. Sounds a bit too much like The Invitation, mixed with Ready or Not. This stars Bill Sage, Lindsay Anne Williams, Jeremy London, Mike Mayhall, Alli Hart, Ritchie Montgomery, and Doleac. It looks especially bland, but still might entice a few horror fans. Hallowed Ground is a horror movie that doesn’t waste any time in pulling you in as a viewer. The opening scene itself giving you a good idea of what you might be in store for.
Written by Miles Doleac, whose previous directing and writing work included features Demons (2017), The Hollow (2016) and The Historian (2014), Hallowed Ground follows the tale of a married couple who attempt to fix their marriage after turbulent times involving cheating and drifting apart, so they take a trip to a cabin in the middle of nowhere in order to get some time together. While there, they encounter Native American owners of the cabin, and a nearby clan, who are embarking on a not-so-pleasant feud over the land.

We’ve got a trailer to share with you for a new horror thriller called Hallowed Ground, which comes from director Miles Doleac.
The film is described as being "in the tradition of The Green Inferno and Deliverance." The story follows a married couple (Lindsay Anne Williams and Sherri Eakin), “trying to rebuild their relationship after an affair, travels to a secluded cabin and stumbles into a blood feud between the Native American owners of the property and the neighboring clan, who obsessively guard their land and punish those who trespass on it in terrifying ways.”
As you’ll see in the trailer, this looks like a crazy extreme, cult-ish, and masochistic kind of film. If you’re into this kind of stuff, then maybe this will be something you’ll enjoy.
The movie also stars Ritchie Montgomery, Lindsay Anne Williams, Sherri Eakin, Miles Doleac, Jeremy Sande, and Cotton Yancey.

Looks a bit too extreme and cult-ish and masochistic for my tastes, but horror fans may be into it. Here's the first official trailer (+ poster) for Miles Doleac's Hallowed Ground, direct from YouTube: A married couple (Lindsay Anne Williams & Sherri Eakin), trying...

Lifetime is bringing the cast of One Tree Hill back together!
The cabler has ordered 'Tis the Season: A One Tree Hill Cast Reunion which will find Hilarie Burton, Robert Buckley, Danneel Ackles, Tyler Hilton, Stephen Colletti, and Antwon Tanner back together, presumably to chat about their time on the WB/CW drama.
What's more, there's not that long to wait for this special: It will air Thursday, November 22 at 10/9c and will span one-hour.
The news comes just months after there were rumors that a revival of the series was in the works because members of the cast of the hit drama were sharing images on social media that seemed to hint at a reunion.

One Tree Hill is not returning.
But the cast is reuniting for a Lifetime movie this Christmas. That's about the closest thing we have to a silver lining after being teased by the cast earlier this week.
Lifetime announced Wednesday that Hilarie Burton, Robert Buckley, Danneel Ackles, and Antwon Tanner were all reuniting for The Christmas Contract.
The TV movie follows Jolie (Burton) as she makes her way home to Louisiana for the first time since she parted ways with Foster.
As fate would have it, Foster is also on his way back to town with a brand new girlfriend, and Jolie's friend, Naomi (Ackles) tells her she should bring back Naomi's brother.

Mystery (project) solved. Lifetime has set The Christmas Contract movie with One Tree Hill alums Hilarie Burton, Robert Buckley, Danneel Ackles, Antwon Tanner set to star, and a musical appearance from Tyler Hilton. Lifetime has acquired the film from Active Entertainment with debut set as part of the network’s annual It’s A Wonderful Lifetime holiday lineup later this year.
The former One Tree Hill cast members generated social media buzz earlier this week when they posted Instagram photos of themselves on the set of what Tanner called a “new project” with the hashtag #christmas2018. Daniel Stamm’s 13 Sins, a remake of Thai film 13: Game of Death, is the disturbing tale of one man’s descent into crime and degradation. After receiving a mysterious phone call, debt-ridden Elliot Brindle (Marc Webber) is set on a path to riches, all he has to do is complete a bizarre series of tasks. As he desperately races through the increasingly disturbing tasks, earning larger and larger sums of money, the shady organization behind the “game” watch closely, egging him on.
From the outset the film is in good hands, great direction and a fairly solid script make for pleasing viewing. Throw in the fantastic Marc Webber as a slowly crumbling wimp,...

Texas Chainsaw 3D is a strange animal. Everything about the flick is wonky and weird, and we guess in some way that's kind of appropriate. In any event don't get too revved up about a sequel yet, kids, as there's more to the saw. No idea what that "more to the saw" means, but it sounded cool.
Yesterday Deadline announced that Texas Chainsaw 4 was on the way, which is befuddling in and of itself as there are several sequels, one remake, and one prequel already; however Texas Chainsaw 3D was said to be a direct sequel to the original, really making it Texas Chainsaw 2 so a sequel to that would have been Texas Chainsaw 3 and not Texas Chainsaw 4, but we must remember that this new series is also home to a 40-year-old character portrayed by a 26-year-old hottie. Where was I? Oh yeah...

In an announcement that surprised no one given Texas Chainsaw 3D's number one spot at the box office last weekend, Millennium Films is moving ahead with Texas Chainsaw 4, and production will begin later this year in Louisiana.
Per Deadline, the next installment will be spearheaded by producer Carl Mazzocone, executive producers Mark Burg, Avi Lerner, Tobe Hooper, Trevor Short, John Thompson, Danny Dimbort, Lati Grobman, and Christa Campbell. Considering TC3D took in a surprisingly high $21.7 million gross and a per screen average of $8,193 on 2,654 screens, Millennium is smart to strike while the iron is hot.
“Lati and Christa brought the idea of this franchise to us. They were certain of the audience appeal so we signed on,” Millennium Films Chairman Avi Lerner said, “and it turns out they were right. It was a bloody good decision. Lionsgate agreed to distribute the film in the Us and did a fantastic job.

Things are looking really good for Leatherface and the Sawyer clan! While we're waiting for the official box office tally to come in, news has hit the net that if this one is successful, the producers behind Texas Chainsaw 3D have acquired the rights to make up to 7 films, including this one!
According to Bloody Disgusting this Leatherface adventure is the beginning of an entire new franchise at Lionsgate, and as always, the success of each film dictates what comes next.
Entertainment Weekly reports that if Texas Chainsaw 3D turns out to be a hit, a sequel could be in production as early as this summer. Producers have signed all the actors who survive the first movie for subsequent installations.

As we discuss with Raymonde, Nikki is the 'resident slut' in TC3D but isn't a total lost cause either- the actress explains why as well as discusses the challenges she faced during one hellacious stunt in particular and talks about the pressure of living up to horror fans' expectations, too.
Check out the highlights from our exclusive chat with Raymonde below, and look for more interviews all week leading up to the release...

In just a short time, Lionsgate has brought online even more Texas Chainsaw goods. This time a couple of new images for the upcoming horror sequel have surfaced.
One of the leaked images give us a look at the one-hundred-and-twenty-four year old Grandpa, played by John Dugan from Tobe Hooper’s original Texas Chainsaw Massacre.
Let’s also take another look at Bill Moseley as Drayton Sawyer in this new Texas Chainsaw 3D pic as well as the lovely star of Hall Pass, Alexandria Daddario as a young woman named Heather Miller.
We saw earlier the photo which features Gunnar Hansen, the man behind Leatherface in Hooper’s 1974 horror classic, holding a gun.
The upcoming horror thriller also stars Dan Yeager, Bill Moseley, Sue Rock, Tania Raymonde, Scott Eastwood, Paul Rae, Keram Malicki-Sánchez, Ritchie Montgomery, Trey Songz, Marilyn Burns, Shaun Sipos, Thom Barry and Richard Riehle.
