- Vinod Mehra was born on February 13, 1945 in Amritsar, Punjab, India. He was an actor and director, known for Gurudev (1993), Crime and Punishment (1974) and Parde Ke Peechey (1971). He was married to Meena Broca, Bindiya Goswami, Kiran and Neeta Mehta. He died on October 30, 1990 in Bombay, Maharashtra, India.

- Wife Kiran Mehra was first married at the age of 21 to her dad's business partner's son. The marriage lasted 3 weeks.
