Mona Marshall is an American voice actress. She is best known for voicing several characters on Comedy Central's animated sitcom South Park (1997) since 1999, where she (alongside April Stewart) provided the voices of many of the show's female characters (most notably Sheila Broflovski and Linda Stotch), and continued to do the same for its video game spin-offs. Marshall is also known for her role as tech genius Koushiro "Izzy" Izumi in the English dub of Digimon: Digital Monsters (1999) and the title character from Bang! Zoom's English dub of Doraemon (2005), and has also done voices for various shows and games such as Fraggle Rock (1987), Wolf's Rain (2003), and Naruto (2002), among others.
