Jack Manning was born on 3 June 1916 in Cincinnati, Ohio, USA. He was an actor and producer, known for The Owl and the Pussycat (1970), The Mary Tyler Moore Show (1970) and The Merry Wives of Windsor (1980). He was married to Frances Ann Smith and Virginia Schuchardt. He died on 31 August 2009 in Rancho Palos Verdes, California, USA.
