Kitty Vevaann Malone was born on July 16, 1933 in Fort Worth, Texas,
USA where she graduated from North Side High School. Her early career
was as a dancer and owner of the Kitty Malone School of Dance in Fort
Worth, Texas, USA. She is known for her work as an actress on Rawhide
in Damon's Road, Part I and Part II (1964) as part of the Kumquats
(dancers), Good Morning World (1967) in Now I Lay Me Down to Sleep as
Agnes, Ironside (1968) in Perfect Crime as attractive girl, The
Virginian (1969) in A Love to Remember as Sophia (trapeze artist), and
two Doris Day Shows (1970-1971) as Candy Stripper and Souvenir Girl.
Kitty had a life long relationship and collaboration with Ross Taylor.
He was her Foley partner and significant other for 35 years. The Foley
brings together footsteps, body movements and other sound effects.
Kitty in working with Bob Fosse on Cabaret (1978) meticulously
recreated every step and movement of Joel Grey and Liza Minnelli. Both
Taylor and Malone spent days in a soundstage pool executing the Foley
for The Deep (1977), which was nominated for an Academy Award for Best
Sound. Kitty Malone has lived for many years in Los Angeles,
California,, USA.
