Wojciech Majda was born on 10 February 1945 in Lódz, Lódzkie, Poland. He was a production designer and set decorator, known for Brunet wieczorowa pora (1976), Man of Marble (1977) and Doktor Judym (1975). He died on 5 July 2018 in Poland.
