Born in Yangon, Myanmar to American diplomats. Raised in HongKong. Graduated Boston University School of Communication with highest honors. Worked 22 years in the film and television business in Los Angeles, rising in the ranks from camera assistant to Director of Photography (mostly on television commercials). Now living and working in Australia. Full member of the ACS (Australian Cinematographers Society).
