She retired from acting after marriage and worked for years in Studio B, a cult local city-owned television station in Belgrade, the capital of Yugoslavia. She is the mother of Oliver Nektarijevic, a popular Serbian singer-songwriter and the lead singer of a cult Serbian alternative rock band called Kanda, kodza i Nebojsa that was formed in Belgrade, Serbia in 1991.
