Biography

He got one of his favorite bands, Suicidal Tendencies, to play at the premiere of his movie, Lords of Dogtown (2005).

He worked as a production assistant, an actor and produced rock videos before becoming a film producer.

Owns and rides motorcycles.

Brother of Jennifer Linson.

[Referring to his producer dad, Art Linson, and the failure of Lords of Dogtown (2005) at the box office] "I remember the house being a little moody growing up. When I was talking to my mom the other day about "Dogtown", she reminded me that we went through this, year after year. I remember my dad building model airplanes and taking saxophone lessons - he always found a way to bob and weave through times like this".
