In Chicago played the disembodied Mouth in the Midwest premiere of Samuel Beckett's play "Not I" directed by Gary Houston, first at the Riverside Lunchtime Theatre in 1973 and the following year at the Museum of Contemporary Art and on a bill with Peter Handke's "My Foot My Tutor."
She was awarded the 1979 Joseph Jefferson Award for Actress in a Principal Role in a play for "Porch" at the Victory Gardens Theater in Chicago, Illinois.
