Ecstasy (2017)

With a bunch of onscreen acting credits, he debuted with Angel Express (1998) which opened the Oldenburg Film Festival. He won the Hessians' Young Talent Award for Mädchen am Sonntag (2005). Bedways (2010) was premiered at Berlinale and opened the competition section Perspectives at the Moscow Film Festival. His first English language film Ecstasy (2017) was in competition at Tallinn Black Nights. Als Susan Sontag im Publikum saß (2021) won the jury award at the Frankfurt Int. Film Festival.
