Tish saw the need for a standardized approach as most still enter the film accounting profession as she did, without formal training expected to learn on the job. Having used this process successfully over many years and seeing those who had worked under her tutelage become successful peers, Tish was convinced it was time to present her methodology to the industry overall as a standard for professional growth and success.
