The first feature-length Turkish movie centers upon a story of an old man who is forced to marry with a young lady. The story depends on the Moliere's The Forced Marriage which was translated into Turkish by Ahmet Vefik Pasha.

The story of two male friends who are Pertev and Vasfi. Pertev who believes that the marriage always brings about evil things and women are coarse and ignorant stringently discusses with his brother in law Ferit by getting support from Vasfi who also believes in and support martial infidelity since unlike them Ferit believes the sanctity of marriage. However, having a martial infidelity and secret affair would force Pertev and Vasfi to rethink about martial infidelity and importance of the marriage.

Considered as the one of the first feature-length Turkish movies produced during the reign of the Ottoman Empire, Casus is about a spying adventure which took place in the First World War. The copy of the movie did not survive to the present day.

A tragic love story took place in Istanbul during the armistice years. Mediha who lives in Sisli region of Istanbul breaks up with Kemal however Kemal is still in love with Mediha and Kemal starts to work as a servant at the house where she lives with her new boyfriend. One day Mediha is murdered and her new boyfriend loses his memory due to this assault. And then, things get more complicated.

The movie is an adaptation from a novel called Nur Baba which was written by Yakup Kadri Karaosmanoglu.

Based on the novel of Peyami Safa, movie centers upon life of Mebure who arrives to Istanbul after Greeks occupies Western Anatolia. In Istanbul, Mebure begins to live with her relatives who live in very good condition and sooner or later Behic, the son of the house, starts to interest with Mebure and tries to make use of her. In the meantime Mebure tries to find her missing father.

Necmiye Sultan who is the wife of a commander arrives to Adapazari in order to meet with her husband. Necmiye meets with Kudret who is the courier of Turkish Nationalist Forces in the house where Necmiye stops over. Afterwards, Necmiye and Kudret begins to have a forbidden love. In the meantime Kudret must deliver some news to relevant authorities.

Story of a poor fishmonger family consisting of a mother, a handmaid and two sons. One of the sons (Talat) involves in tobacco smuggling as a result of incitement of his fishmonger friends in order to overcome the poverty and the other son becomes a watchman to struggle against smugglers; one day two sons face off against each other.

Brothers are in love with the same woman who earns her life by singing songs at night clubs and by sponging on her lovers. One of these brothers (Rahmi) works at a bank. Rahmi spends the money of bank with this singer woman and sooner or later bank authorities find out his malfeasance which brings about a debt on the family of Rahmi; other brother bursts a blood vessel about actions of Rahmi and they face off against each other at nightclub.
