An immersive portrait of dance pioneer Alvin Ailey, told through his own words and a new dance inspired by his life.

Two old school friends, male and female, meet to reminisce about their youth. With their adolescent memories beginning to awaken, a letter she wrote back then brings up very different recollections of a school party in a hotel in 1982.

Mildred-- a sassy ol' granny, accepts her Mahjong partner's invitation to a "self help group" for women but soon realizes that it's NOT what she signed up for.

Patrick is angry and wants to break everything in his vicinity. When attending a forced anger-management course he meets other enraged people from different backgrounds. An experimental therapist tries to force their brutal energy out through dance. Can Patrick find a way to direct his violent energy towards something that is valuable for him, or even worthwhile for others?

What at first seems like an ordinary day at the car repair shop turns into a beautiful dance.

"My birthday was on the 3rd of April 2020 during lockdown, and for the first time, I celebrated it all by myself. But even if I was alone, I decided to celebrate it as if it's the last one". The film was made during quarantine.

Riz and his family are in the middle of a typical family day in their house, whilst a far right march plays out on the telly in the background, which eventually arrives at their front door, leading to a devastating outcome.
