Sonic The Hedgehog Stuff

A blue hedgehog with supersonic speed must rescue animals from being turned into robots by a mad scientist.

Dr. Ivo Robotnik is working to take over South Island from his Sky Base and gather the 6 Chaos Emeralds, having kidnapped all of the island's animal habitants to turn them into robots called Badniks to do his dirty work. Hearing of Robotnik's plot, Sonic the Hedgehog heads to South Island to save his animal friends.

A falling block puzzle game that was available for download in Japan in 1991 and in Brazil in 1995 on Sega Meganet, a Japan/Brazil exclusive Mega Drive add-on that let people download select games through dial-up. As he predicted, Sonic and his buddy Tails are now out to retrieve them, so he once again tricks Knuckles into working for him. Meanwhile, a treasure hunter named Nack the Weasel had eavesdropped on the conversation between Sonic and Knuckles. Unknown to them, Nack had already discovered the Chaos Emeralds in his home dimension. Now Sonic and Tails must fend off Robotnik and Knuckles while retrieving the emeralds back from Nack.

Knuckles and the Chaotix must prevent Doctor Robotnik and Metal Sonic from obtaining six magic rings and conquering a mysterious island.

Changes include minor bug fixes, Sonic and Knuckles' lock-on technology being added to the three earlier titles, being able play as Knuckles in Sonic 1, being able to play as Tails in Sonic and Knuckles, two new difficulties/stage layouts, the ability to spin dash (introduced in Sonic 2) in the first Sonic the Hedgehog, play Special Stages separately, a "Time Attack" mode, a "Time Out" option to disable the in-game time limits, and an optional mission list. There is also an interactive museum where you can view concept art, manuals, character portfolios, music, and original Japanese advertisements.
