A great leader

Excellent documentary exploring Winston Churchill's actions and words leading up to World War II, the documentary ending when the U. S. at last entered the war.

I realize some people have criticized the narrow scope, but I found it fascinating, particularly the scenes of Dunkirk and the London blitz.

The importance of having a leader with vision, heart, and an ability to communicate confidence to his people was really driven home here. Without Churchill's belief and encouragement, the British would have weakened. Also, Churchill's great compassion as he traveled to bomb sites and shelters -- it made me think of Trump throwing paper towels at Puerto Rican citizens and left me mightily depressed.
