No need for background music!

I watch and trust this fine program, and I watch it every day as my main news report because I like the well-rounded substance of the stories. I.am 90 years old.

BUT I really dislike the "music" that plays in the background of the short headline reports-bong bong bong. It is added, I guess, to add dramatic effect, like the haunting drum beats behind a murder mystery.. Those of us with HEARING PROBLEMS find it very annoying and miss some of the words of the reports. There is enough drama in the news already. Words and pictures are enough. Thanks for letting me complain. This should be easy to fix.
